About the Role
The Consumer Platforms Digital Operations team in Hyderabad focuses on powering clients with innovative and customer-centered financial products, combining the strengths of a technology player with those of a large bank. This role is within Platform Solutions (PS), which encompasses areas like Transaction Banking, Enterprise Partnerships, Merchant Point-of-Sale Lending, and ETF Accelerator. The role will be performed within a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- QA and UAT of Metro2 mapping and mitigation of rejections.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Prior experience working with the major credit bureaus and their proprietary products.
- Prior financial industry experience.
- Prior data furnishing experience.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Prior credit bureau dispute and operations experience.
- Proficient skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience using SQL, SAS, or comparable data mining and query tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
