About the Role
WNS, part of Capgemini, is an Agentic AI-powered leader in intelligent operations and transformation. This role involves handling operations and activities related to Costing.
Key Responsibilities
- Function as per the Service Level Agreement.
- Achieve all Key Performance Indicators as set by the Team Leader.
- Follow agreed and approved SOPs for assigned activities.
- Be willing to work in all shifts, including nights.
- Adhere to reasonable operational requests from management.
- Attend all meetings and trainings as per requirements.
- Support product costing related daily activities, including:
- Cost & feasibility reports
- Variance reports
- Daily Inventory and plant reports
- Perform reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Prepare ad hoc reports as requested.
- Master data set up for raw materials, packaging & finished goods.
- Any other reporting responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good Communication skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skill
- Strong MS excel skills
- Exposure to Accounting in SAP ERP system (Special Role/Customer Specific Requirement)
Qualifications
- Commerce Graduate
- 0-2 Years of Work Experience in F&A in the Costing process and its fundamentals.
- CMA Intermediate candidates are eligible to apply.
- Prior experience in service/BPO industry (Desirable).
- MBA/CA/ICWA (Inter) preferred but not mandatory.
