- Neighbor Ambassadors do more than traditional "Leasing Agents" or "Leasing Consultants."
- This role is a blend of Customer Service, Sales, and Administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Ensure Neighbors feel at HOME, well-cared for, and proud to live in the Neighborhoods.
- Sales: Guide Future Neighbors through the Ultimate Leasing Experience to make renting easy.
- Administration: Master property management operations including creating Neighborhood reports, conducting market surveys, preparing rental agreements, and posting apartment advertisements.
- Solve problems by indulging creativity.

- Must be available to work weekends. Days off will fall between Monday through Friday.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $25.00 to $26.25 per hour
- $200 Incentive Per Lease
- Discretionary Semi-Annual Bonus Plan
- Weekend Shift Premium Pay
