About the Role
The Associate Advanced, BPS Operations Processing position at FIS is a full-time role for an experienced individual. The key areas of focus include process knowledge, coaching, facilitation, training, servant leadership, people management, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Doing
- Communicate effectively with the team and share best practices.
- Train team members on procedures, tools, and strategies.
- Facilitate retrospectives and stand-up meetings.
- Monitor team progress and support the team in overcoming barriers.
- Develop and maintain process standards.
- Identify team training needs and provide appropriate training.
- Support the team with dependency- and process-related queries.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer navigation and operation skills.
- Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
