About the Role

The Founder's Office – Intern role is an internship based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement. The intern will support the founder and leadership team in day-to-day strategic and operational activities. This position offers exposure to business strategy, consulting workflows, and founder-level decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the founder and leadership team in strategic and operational activities.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reports.
• Assist with client proposals.
• Help coordinate meetings.
• Maintain project trackers and documentation.
• Contribute to talent-related initiatives.
• Contribute to marketing and branding activities.
• Contribute to internal process improvements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to conduct structured research, analyze data, and present insights clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating presentations, reports, and professional emails.
• Basic understanding or interest in business strategy, consulting, HR, or talent management (executive search, performance strategy, HR transformation).
• Competence in using productivity tools such as MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
• Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Mumbai.
• Demonstrated curiosity, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to learn from mentors and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, HR, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
