Junior AI/ML Developer

About the Role

CNV Labs India Pvt. Ltd (iCloudEMS) is seeking a full-time, on-site Junior AI/ML Developer in Bengaluru. This role involves assisting in the design, implementation, and testing of machine learning models to support iCloudEMS products and education management workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing, and testing machine learning models.
• Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Conduct model training and evaluation.
• Engage in collaborative problem-solving with senior developers and product teams.
• Work on pattern recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and neural network based solutions.
• Improve analytics, automation, and intelligent features within the platform.
• Contribute to documentation and code reviews.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of AI/ML pipelines aligned with educational technology requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Knowledge of Pattern Recognition techniques.
• Understanding of Neural Networks and core machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to follow best coding practices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Interest in educational technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Prior academic projects or internships in AI/ML are an advantage.
