About the Role

Apurva Residency is seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Associate to join their team in Bokaro. This role focuses on engaging with customers, promoting bookings, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers.
• Respond to inquiries regarding room bookings and related services.
• Promote room bookings and related services.
• Explain offerings and pricing.
• Support walk-in guests.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.
• Coordinate with the front office and management to ensure a seamless booking experience.
• Follow up with potential clients.
• Assist in basic promotional activities.
• Provide customer feedback to help improve services.
