Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Store Information:
- Assist customers with product inquiries.
- Provide information about new arrivals and various categories of products.
- Sales Target & Billing:
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle billing and payment processes.
- Stock Management:
- Assist with stock counting, inventory management, and organizing merchandise.
- Report any discrepancies or stock-related issues.
- Store Rules & Discipline:
- Adhere to store rules and maintain discipline.
- Work on Saturdays and Sundays as per the schedule.
- Manage leave requests and follow the company policy.
- Participate in monthly evaluations based on performance.
