About the Role
The Data Analyst Trainee will support the analysis of healthcare data to generate meaningful insights for internal teams and clients. This is a traineeship program performed fully remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare datasets.
- Perform exploratory data analysis.
- Build basic data models.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards.
- Interpret trends and identify patterns.
- Present findings in clear, concise formats for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional team members.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics or visualization tool (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Solid foundation in Data Analytics.
- Practical knowledge of Statistics for data interpretation and hypothesis testing.
- Experience or familiarity with Data Modeling concepts and basic database structures.
- Clear Communication skills to explain analytical findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Interest in healthcare analytics and willingness to learn domain-specific concepts is an advantage.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
