About the Role
HeroConn is seeking an ambitious, dedicated, and curious individual to join our growing technology team as a Founder's Associate – Digital Growth. This role is for someone who takes ownership, enjoys learning, and wants to contribute to the growth of a technology business.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Create Instagram Posts, Reels, & Creative Content
- Manage Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Conduct Lead Generation & Market Research
- Perform SEO & Website Management
- Utilize AI Tools & Marketing Automation
- Manage CRM, Lead Management, & Backend Operations
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Genuine interest in digital marketing and technology.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- Ownership and responsibility towards work.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Consistency, discipline, and a positive work attitude.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Experience with AI Tools & Marketing Automation, CRM, Lead Management.
- Experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Experience with SEO & Website Management.
- Experience with Instagram Posts, Reels, & Creative Content.
Qualifications
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
Additional Information
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Opportunity Type: Full-Time
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month
