About the Role

The 3P Carrier Recovery & Claims Management Executive is expected to own end-to-end claims recovery from IN 3P carriers. This role involves daily monitoring of Material Different Received (MDR) and Damage claims, coordinating with 3P carriers on evidence-based claim finalization, driving dispute resolution to closure, stakeholder management, rolling out new recovery SOPs, and publishing Daily/Weekly recovery reports. The role requires a large picture of financial leakage minimization and a high willingness to take ownership, with skills in identifying patterns in claim data, scrutinizing evidence for dispute resolution, and foreseeing the financial implications of unrecovered entitlements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract claims data/evidence/Video footage from internal systems and follow SOPs to prepare Daily/Weekly recovery reports tracking claim status, dispute aging, and recovery trends.
  • Coordinate with 3P carriers via calls, emails, meetings, and evidence-sharing to finalize MDR and Damage claims and drive timely recovery.
  • Resolve disputes by working with carriers.
  • Trigger audits and evidence collection for disputed claims, ensuring carrier accountability for 3P-dependent losses.

Daily Activities

  • Data Extraction & Reporting: Extract MDR and Damage claims data from internal systems, update recovery trackers, and publish Daily/Weekly reports on claim status, dispute aging, and recovery progress.
  • Carrier Coordination: Initiate outbound calls/emails to 3P carriers (e.g., DLV, SFX) for claim follow-ups, share evidence packages (PODs, scan data, images), and drive pending claims to closure.
  • Dispute Resolution: Negotiate with carrier counterparts on rejected/contested claims, document responses, and escalate aging disputes breaching SLA to leadership with root cause summary.
  • Audit & Evidence Validation: Audit new MDR/Damage incidents for claim eligibility, validate evidence completeness (scan records, weight discrepancies, images), and coordinate with field teams.
