About the Role
The Medical Doctor at Two Registers will work full time on-site in Pune City, providing clinical expertise to support technology solutions in healthcare-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct medical assessments.
- Review clinical data.
- Validate health-related features in products.
- Ensure solutions align with accepted medical standards and patient safety requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate clinical needs into clear technical requirements.
- Contribute to medical documentation, guidelines, and protocols.
- Assist with training internal teams on relevant clinical concepts.
- Actively participate in meetings, case discussions, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Valid medical degree (BAMS).
- Current registration/license to practice medicine.
- Experience in clinical practice, preferably in internal medicine, family medicine, or a related specialty.
- Ability to interpret clinical data, medical records, and evidence-based guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in technology-enabled healthcare solutions.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and explaining medical concepts to non-clinical colleagues.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and electronic systems.
- Familiarity with telemedicine, health IT, or medical devices is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of medical standards.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune City and engage in a full-time, office-based schedule.
