About the Role
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Conduct daily team meetings, performance reviews, and development sessions.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, customer service, and campaign compliance.
- Build a positive, accountable, and performance-driven team culture.
What we are looking for
