Laptop/PC Technician, Dell, Lenovo, HP & Acer

About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will travel to customer offices and client locations across Hyderabad and surrounding areas to provide onsite technical support for Lenovo and Dell laptops, desktops, and IT peripherals. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, perform repairs, replace faulty hardware components, and restore systems to full working condition at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel daily to client locations across Hyderabad and surrounding areas to attend assigned service calls.
• Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Replace defective hardware components.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems.
• Upgrade RAM, SSDs, and other hardware.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Resolve software and operating system issues.
• Configure printers and basic networking.
• Complete IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) activities.
• Maintain accurate service documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs.
• Deliver excellent service while adhering to SLA commitments.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience.
• ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields.
• Experience in desktop support, field engineering, or IT services is an advantage.
