About the Role
Blends is looking for a Junior Designer & Editor to join its creative team. You will be responsible for a significant portion of the brand's weekly creative output.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Instagram statics, carousels, stories, and ad creatives.
- Create event and collab posters, from concept to final files.
- Retouch and colour-grade product and lifestyle photos.
- Present products and host reels on camera.
- Write captions and communicate clearly with partners and collaborators.
- Assist with marketing, copywriting, content strategy, and launch-related tasks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong design eye and a portfolio to demonstrate it.
- Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Figma and Lightroom are a plus.
- Experience with video editing is a plus.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong social media instinct and understanding of current trends.
- Portfolio is valued more than years of experience.
