About the Role
The Knowledge Academy is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a Full-Time, Work From Office position offering a global opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across diverse training portfolios.
- Drive new customer acquisition while nurturing existing relationships.
- Deliver excellent pre-sales support and maintain high communication standards.
- Stay sharp with market, competitor, and industry insights.
- Travel internationally for management meetings, client engagements, and upskilling programs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 2+ months of sales experience (EdTech or tech-based services preferred).
- Strong background in International Market.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (neutral accent).
- Smart, energetic, and commercially astute personality.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Flexible, agile mindset and team-first attitude.
- Professional demeanor and organizational skills.
