About the Role

AMN Healthcare Physician Solutions is seeking a Traditional Primary Care Physician for a rural critical access hospital in Broken Bow, NE. This is an opportunity to join an expanding primary care team within a community-focused organization.

Position Highlights

• Team: Join a collaborative group of 6 physicians and 2 APPs.
• Schedule: 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.
• Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Workflow: Consists of morning hospital rounds followed by clinic.
• Patient Volume: 16–20 patients per day.
• Services: Office-based procedures.
• Patient Population: Primarily adult and geriatric, with the opportunity to grow pediatrics.
• Call: 1 weekday and 1 weekend per month, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Must stay within 30 minutes of the hospital.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Board-certified Family Medicine preferred.
• Internal Medicine candidates are welcome.
• Board-eligible candidates will be considered.
• Ideal candidate is community-oriented and committed to putting down long-term roots.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential: Up to $400,000.
• New Grad Base: $290,000.
• Sign-on Bonus: $50,000.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000.
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $80,000.

• CME: 4 days and $4,000 allowance.
• PTO: 28 days annually.
