They help brands understand how AI engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity represent them across discovery, trust, and content quality, and turn those insights into actionable recommendations. About the Role
Looking for a Talent Acquisition & Culture Intern who enjoys working with people, taking ownership, and building things from the ground up. You will work directly with the founding team, contribute to hiring, and help create a workplace where people enjoy working and growing.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and campus networks.
- Coordinate the hiring process end-to-end, from scheduling interviews to candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to improve recruitment workflows and everyday HR processes.
- Plan employee engagement initiatives, including team lunches, games, celebrations, and team catch-ups.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback surveys to understand employee experiences and share insights with the founders.
- Work closely with Developer and Solution Engineer teams to understand their needs and support a positive employee experience.
- Partner with the founding team on people initiatives as they scale.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Genuine interest in talent acquisition, people operations, and workplace culture.
- Curiosity about using AI tools to work smarter.

- Previous experience in recruitment, campus hiring, event planning, or HR/People Operations.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3-month internship
- PPO opportunity: With potential for a ₹4–5 LPA fixed salary plus ESOPs worth ₹4L (total CTC ₹8–9 LPA) upon successful conversion.
- Stipend: ₹10,000–15,000/month
- Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)
