About the Role
Elara Studio is a marketing and growth agency. The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the development and execution of marketing and sales initiatives for Elara Studio’s clients and internal projects. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bhopal.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with lead generation.
- Helping manage sales pipelines.
- Supporting customer outreach through calls, messages, and emails.
- Contributing to marketing campaigns across digital and social channels.
- Preparing presentations, reports, and training materials.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
- Tracking basic performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Foundational Sales skills, including lead generation, follow-ups, and basic negotiation capabilities.
- Interest or experience in Training and Sales Management.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including digital and social media marketing, brand awareness, and campaign support.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or tracking tools is a plus).
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Bhopal, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
