About the Role

The Graduate Apprentice – Process Automation & Finance Intelligence role is a hybrid position operating at the intersection of business execution, corporate finance, and software engineering. The successful candidate acts as an internal transformation engineer, with the primary mandate to eliminate repetitive manual operational bottlenecks, interpret complex financial datasets, and engineer resilient, AI-assisted automated pipelines. This job involves working with the existing Business Execution team, which is responsible for creating multiple standardized reports, and helping the team to streamline and automate these reports. This team works directly for the Chief Operating Office and the USCC Leader, and closely with all Business Heads of USCC to support them in multiple strategic decision-making analysis to maintain expense discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Eliminate repetitive manual operational bottlenecks.
• Interpret complex financial datasets.
• Engineer resilient, AI-assisted automated pipelines.
• Streamline and automate standardized reports for the Business Execution team.
• Support strategic decision-making analysis to maintain expense discipline.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of programming languages like Python, or tools like Knime, or any other language that can help automate existing processes.
• For programming languages: Python Syntax & Standard library, script modularity, error handling, version control.
• Automation & Integration.
• Working knowledge of using AI tools.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel to understand and work with large data sets.
• Basic financial acumen and understanding of P&L and expenses in a business.

• An energetic, enthusiastic person completely open to learn and deploy existing skills in a professional environment.
• Language and prior experience are no hurdle.
