Talent Acquisition Intern Role
About the Role
This is a full-time, remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. You will help strengthen XpressEdu’s employer branding to attract a diverse pool of talent. The role also includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM
Salary: 15K (target based)

- Managing the full lifecycle of recruiting
- Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Strengthening XpressEdu’s employer branding
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting (sourcing, screening, onboarding)
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Evaluating Candidates
- Experience with Employer Branding initiatives
- Expertise in Recruiting processes and optimization
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
