About the Role

The Graduate Student role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves supporting implementation and configuration tasks within FrontInvest and other RCS platforms, assisting in data preparation, migration, and validation activities under guidance from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and configuration tasks within FrontInvest and other RCS platforms.
• Assist in data preparation, migration, and validation activities.
• Help design and test custom reports.
• Document processes.
• Contribute to basic software configuration and quality checks.
• Collaborate with consultants and developers.
• Attend project meetings.
• Contribute to research and analysis to improve client solutions and internal tools.
• Learn industry practices, participate in training sessions, and gradually take ownership of small project tasks.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, software applications, or enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel) and comfort working with spreadsheets, templates, and documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and document work clearly.
• Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly, show initiative, and manage time and tasks in a full-time on-site environment.
• Interest in consulting, digital platforms, HR technology, fintech, or agritech domains.

Familiarity with databases or reporting tools is an advantage.

Prior internship or project experience is a plus.
