Test Engineer Intern

About the Role

• This is a 6-month internship position.
• Location: Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (hybrid, with some work-from-home flexibility).
• Stipend: INR 10,000 per month.
• Possibility of a full-time offer based on company requirements and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support test planning and test execution activities.
• Design, document, and run test cases for web, mobile, and AI-driven applications.
• Perform functional testing.
• Identify and log defects.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams.
• Verify fixes to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain test documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Learn software testing and quality assurance best practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation and interest in software testing concepts, including QA Testing and Test Engineering.
• Hands-on experience or coursework in Test Execution and working with Test Cases.
• Understanding of Functional Testing and ability to validate features against requirements.
• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively in a team, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
• Familiarity with test management or bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
