About the Role
The Offices of Abhyudaya Singh is a Bengaluru-based legal practice offering consulting, documentation, and case strategy services. This is an on-site Legal Intern position in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare case notes and summaries
- Draft and review legal documents and correspondence
- Track updates on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments
- Assist in preparing briefs
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with standard office software and basic legal research tools or databases
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LL.B. or equivalent)
- Sound understanding of law and key legal issues in litigation and advisory work
- Ability to support legal consulting, including research, client matter analysis, and case strategy
- Skill in drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
- Strong written and verbal communication for client interaction and internal collaboration
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly
- Genuine interest in litigation or advisory work and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
