Role Overview

• Core field engineering role focused on hands-on technical expertise.
• Involves on-site service at customer locations.
• Exposure to different machines, industries, and real-time problem-solving.

Nature of Work

• Primarily field-based, not office-bound.
• May involve travel and flexible working hours based on site needs.
• Work in actual industrial environments for real-world experience.
• Frequent travel, sometimes early mornings or late nights based on client requirements.
• Work occurs in real factory environments, including exposure to heat, noise, and active production settings.
• Engineers are the first point of response during breakdowns, requiring quick action.

Learning & Growth

• Minimum 6 months required to understand and stabilize in the role.
• Continuous hands-on exposure to develop deep technical skills and confidence.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Diploma / B.E. in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics or any interested candidates.
• Age: Below 25 years.
• Open to travel and field challenges.

Qualifications

• Submission of 10th original marksheet at the time of joining is mandatory.

Employment Options

• Option 1: Interview and Employment
• Probation Period: 6 Months
• Salary (Probation): ₹15,000 per month + Accommodation + Transportation + Food Allowance
• Salary (Post Probation): ₹3,00,000 CTC per annum
• Option 2: Take home salary – 18K + Insurance + PF + ESI + Bonus + Accommodation + Transportation
• Accommodation: Provided by the company
• Notice Period: 2 Months
• Minimum Service Commitment: 2 years from date of joining

Employee Support & Policies

• Accommodation provided by the company.
• Food provided at the Hosur office location.
• Field employees may need to manage food during travel and client visits with allowances.
• Post-probation, employee must sign Non-Disclosure & Employment Agreement.
• Minimum 2-year service commitment after confirmation.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working hours may extend based on client requirements and breakdown situations.
• Some Sundays may involve working (Comp-off provided).
