About the Role

Studio MARAM is an architecture and design practice committed to thoughtful, functional, and context-sensitive built environments. The studio focuses on projects that balance aesthetics with practicality, emphasizing user experience and sustainability. Team members are encouraged to explore creative solutions while maintaining strong technical and project execution standards.

The Architectural Intern will support the design team with concept development, detailed drawings, and visualization for ongoing projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala, India, requiring close collaboration with architects and project stakeholders at the studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, sections, and elevations.
• Assist with 3D models and renderings.
• Contribute to design presentations and documentation.
• Coordinate design information.
• Participate in team discussions.
• Gather relevant data and site information to inform design decisions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
• Basic skills in visualization or rendering tools.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to contribute to concept development and detailed drawings.
• Understanding of Solution Architecture and Integration in the built environment.
• Clear and professional Communication skills.
• Current enrollment in or completion of a degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on-site in Kerala, India in a collaborative studio environment.
