About the Role
Join Kali MedTech as a Business Analyst Intern and gain hands-on experience in understanding stakeholder needs, identifying underlying problems, and proposing practical solutions for innovative medical technology.
What You'll Do
- Understand requirements by talking to stakeholders, documenting needs clearly (e.g., BRDs, user stories).
- Analyze complex issues, break them down, and find root causes using data analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Propose data-backed solutions, create process flows or reports, and present findings.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Jira, Figma, or Lucidchart is a plus.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a master's degree (e.g., MBA, MS, M.Tech, M.Com, MSc, or similar) in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A curious, proactive attitude with a willingness to ask "why".
This is a 3-6 month internship.
Stipend to be discussed.
A PPO opportunity may be available based on performance.
