About the Role
SatyaRx Pharma Innovations is building an intelligent assistant for medicinal chemists. This role involves building and maintaining the core software ecosystem around this AI assistant, including the UI/UX, evaluation harness, data pipelines, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Development: Maintain and improve interactive interfaces for chemists.
- Harness Engineering: Maintain and optimize code executing the AI model and evaluate its performance.
- Data Engineering: Build pipelines for pulling, cleaning, and versioning chemical data.
- Data Curation: Maintain in-house curation tools and inspect datasets for errors and leakage.
- Chemist Feedback: Collaborate with medicinal chemists to fix bugs and deploy new features.
- Documentation: Write runbooks, design documents, and release notes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Full-Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Pandas, and working knowledge of React / TypeScript.
- Linux / Mac Environment: Comfortable with command-line tools, SSH, and tmux.
- AI Tooling: Experience using AI coding agents and reviewing their output.
- Clear Communication: Ability to write concise English for documentation and updates.
- Data Security: Ability to handle confidential research and unpublished data with strict care.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Open to Freshers, B.Tech, and M.Tech students seeking project/final-semester internships.
- No prior background in chemistry or machine learning is required.
Logistics & Hiring Process
- Location: On-site (Hyderabad).
- Reports To: AI Division Lead.
- Conversion: Performance-based full-time offer upon internship completion.
- Hiring Process (~2 Weeks):
- 1-Hour Call discussing a project/system you built.
- 1-Day Practical Task working on a real engineering problem.
- Behavioral Interview, reference calls, and offer.
