Key Responsibilities

• Preparing the construction schedule in MS Projects.
• Preparation of other planning documents (like Progress S Curve, Earn Value Curve, Manpower Histogram).
• Regularly monitoring critical path and preparing schedule impact reports for the project management.
• Resource planning in MSP (men & material) and its tracking on a regular basis.
• Generating Zero Cost Report.
• Tracking Budget against schedule on a monthly basis (Bill Vs Expenses).
• Proactively assessing progress, completion forecasts, and providing solutions to mitigate schedule delays or optimize project completion.
• Evaluating project progress against historical indicators on a weekly basis and providing comparative analysis to management.
• Day-to-day interaction with client/consultants/subcontractors regarding the progress of works.
• Coordinating for design drawings & parameters with consultants, architect, and clients.
• Preparation of detailed schedule with respect to project scope of work.
• Coordinating with the engineering and procurement departments regarding the interfacing of construction activities and material & equipment availability.
• Implementing cost efficient methods for construction.
• Tracking design approvals, construction drawings approvals, material approvals, delay in site inspection, bill of quantities variation & addition/deletion, natural calamities, and site instruction register for applying Extension of Time.
• Monitoring various project activities (e.g., delivery of materials, site clearance, duration of activities, holds) and updating the Project Manager on any foreseen risks for project completion, providing suggestions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Software knowledge: MSP, Auto-Cad, Primavera.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E/ B.Tech/M.Tech Civil Engineering.
