About the Role
Phaidon International is a multi-award-winning talent partner seeking an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant to join their team in New York. This full-time role offers a summer start and a competitive compensation package with uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Development:
- Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Negotiate agreements and understand client talent needs.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Identify and headhunt mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals.
- Build a pipeline of exceptional talent through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- End-to-End Process Management:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
- Embrace Technology and Data:
- Utilize best-in-class tools and data to work smarter and faster.
- Leverage technology to identify opportunities, track market trends, and sharpen outreach.

Qualifications
