The Recruiting team is responsible for identifying sales talent nationwide, with individuals owning the entire candidate search process and managing the needs of a dedicated on-site hiring manager. The role emphasizes a sense of urgency and the ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a seamless initial onboarding experience for candidates.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $45,000.
• $2,500 Sign-on Bonus.
