About the Role

Mathyas AI Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Intern / Junior Marketing Executive to join their team in Chennai. This role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in building a career in marketing, business development, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Promote Mathyas AI Solutions' products and services through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Generate qualified leads and coordinate with potential customers.
• Connect with businesses, startups, educational institutions, hospitals, and other prospective clients.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and social media activities.
• Create basic marketing content, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead records.
• Work towards monthly marketing and lead-generation targets.
• Suggest new marketing ideas and strategies to improve business growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in interacting with customers and business prospects.
• Interest in marketing, sales, business development, and digital technologies.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and work in a startup environment.
• Must be based in Chennai and available to work from Chennai.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram marketing.
• Basic understanding of Canva and content creation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and lead-generation techniques.

Compensation & Incentives

• Fixed Compensation: ₹10,000 per month.
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 per month, linked to measurable monthly performance, business leads, conversions, and achievement of agreed targets.
• Total Monthly Earning Potential: Up to ₹35,000.
