The Data Analyst Traineeship at MedTourEasy is a remote program focused on supporting data-driven decision-making in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare data from various sources.
• Assisting in basic data analysis and reporting.
• Helping build and maintain simple dashboards.
• Preparing visualizations.
• Contributing to interpreting trends and patterns related to care coordination and patient outcomes.
• Documenting analytical processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Communicating findings in clear, structured formats under the guidance of senior analysts.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Foundational knowledge of Data Analytics and Data Modeling to work with datasets and support reporting and insights.
• Basic understanding of Statistics to perform descriptive analysis and assist in evaluating trends and correlations.
• Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with team members, and document work.
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Exposure to SQL, Python, or R is an advantage.
• Interest in healthcare data, care coordination, or health informatics.
• Prior academic or project experience in related fields is beneficial.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
