About the Role
At OPEN MNC, we are building a modern, remote-first technology studio across Web, Backend, Flutter Mobile, and Game Development. We are hiring our First Founding HR & Talent Acquisition Intern (HR1) to help scale our core talent pipeline in a supportive, Gen-Z-friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Founder to onboard your fellow HR teammates (HR2 & HR3) and recruit our Phase-1 Web, Backend, Flutter, and Game Development interns.
- Screen applicants systematically via our automated Google Sheets tracker and maintain our warm-bench backup talent roster.
- Coordinate onboarding credentials, monthly team recognition, and smooth task handovers.
Compensation Structure, Official Documentation & Full-Time Paid PPO
This 6-month role is structured as a Zero-Fee, Performance-Incentivized Career Fellowship.
