About the Role
Join our International Non-Voice Process team as an enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresher. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the BPO/ITES industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through email and chat support.
- Review and process customer requests accurately.
- Maintain quality and productivity targets.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow process guidelines and company policies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good written English communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to work in the Noon Shift (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM).
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Final Year Results Awaited (if applicable).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Shift & Work Schedule
- Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
