Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and onboard nannies and childcare professionals.
- Build and manage relationships with vendors and sourcing partners.
- Maintain nanny profiles, availability, and deployment records.
- Coordinate interviews, selections, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to fulfil customer requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth service delivery.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excel or Google Sheets (basic proficiency)
Qualifications
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup.
