Spa Specialists play an important role in supporting vital Spa functions. These associates work to build a memorable and unique experience with Spa services. Spa Specialists take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting Spa services and retail.
• Scheduling reservations and confirming appointments.
• Providing answers about services.
• Checking in guests.
• Processing payments.
• Creating a safe workplace.
• Following company policies and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards.
• Ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

Job Functions & Physical Demands

• Standing, sitting, or walking for an extended time.
• Moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Managing reservation software (reading and visually verifying information).
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Experience

• No related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.
