Role Overview

The Contact Centre Trainee will handle customer interactions and provide support related to product queries, troubleshooting guidance, and service-related concerns. This role is ideal for graduates looking to build a career in customer service within the power solutions and renewable energy domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Understand and explain product technical specifications (Solar, HKVA, Power Solutions).
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Record and maintain call logs and customer interaction details.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant teams.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Maintain service quality standards and follow defined processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Required Skills

• Ability to understand product technical specifications (Solar, HKVA, Power Solutions).
• Ability to communicate and handle queries over phone in Hindi and English.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer operating skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently under pressure.
