Supply Chain Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming supply chain tickets regarding missing inventory, transit damages, and incorrect deliveries, and provide prompt, effective resolutions.
• Ensure all queries and support tickets are acknowledged and resolved within defined response and resolution timeframes (SLA Compliance).
• Act as a central point of contact, coordinating with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, support) and external partners (vendors, couriers) to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Daily use of Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate logistics records, update operational trackers, and generate status updates.
• Draft clear, concise, and professional emails to update stakeholders and document incident details.

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
