• Marketing & Social Media

• Department: Marketing

• Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Create engaging reels, posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.

• Identify social media trends and develop creative marketing ideas.

• Work on brand awareness, user acquisition, and audience growth.

• Coordinate with creators, influencers, and potential collaborators.

• Help establish and maintain HangIn's brand identity.

• Community Management

• Department: Community & Engagement

• Responsibilities:

• Build and manage HangIn's online communities.

• Engage with users through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.

• Develop strategies to increase community participation and retention.

• Interact with users, gather feedback, and communicate it to the team.

• Build relationships with college communities and local groups.

• Encourage users to participate in HangIn meetups and events.

• Operations

• Department: Business Operations

• Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of HangIn.

• Coordinate with different departments for smooth execution.

• Track tasks, deadlines, and team deliverables.

• Help develop and improve internal processes.

• Assist with partnerships, onboarding, and operational planning.

• Identify challenges and suggest practical solutions.

• Event Management

• Department: Events & Experiences

• Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute offline meetups, social gatherings, and community events.

• Coordinate with venues, vendors, and external partners.

• Manage registrations, participant communication, and event logistics.

• Brainstorm creative event concepts and experiences.

• Assist with on-ground event management and execution.

• Collect feedback and help improve future events.

• Tech & Development

• Department: Technology & Product Development

• Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and improvement of the HangIn platform.

• Assist in developing new features and product enhancements.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Work on application testing, debugging, and maintenance.

• Collaborate on UI/UX improvements.

• Explore innovative technical solutions to enhance user experience.

• College students, freshers, and individuals from any academic background are welcome.
• No prior work experience is required.
• No previous startup experience is necessary.
• Applicants from different skill levels and backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Having relevant skills or a portfolio is an advantage, but not mandatory.
