About the Role

RTAC is looking for a motivated Associate Software Engineer to contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business software solutions. The role offers hands-on exposure to application logic, database operations, system integrations, and practical engineering challenges across software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance application modules based on functional and technical requirements.
• Implement business logic, database operations, and application integrations.
• Work with existing codebases to improve functionality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Investigate technical issues, debug code, and implement appropriate fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, functional validation, and release preparation.
• Collaborate with product, design, testing, and support teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow established coding standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Understanding of programming fundamentals, object-oriented concepts, and data structures.
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language, such as PHP, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and API integration.
• Familiarity with Git, debugging, and software development practices.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to code quality.
• Willingness to learn new frameworks, tools, and technologies.
