The firm’s portfolio includes projects for universities, schools, innovation centers, arts and performance organizations, and corporate and industrial clients.

Role Description

As a Fresher Architect, you will support the design team in developing architectural concepts, drawings, and presentation materials for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare CAD drawings, 3D models, and detailed layouts.
• Assist in design research.
• Contribute to design documentation and coordination.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits under supervision.
• Help update project files.
• Ensure design outputs align with project requirements and timelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in architectural drafting and 3D modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
• Basic rendering and presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare design drawings, preliminary details, and organized project documentation in line with office standards.
• Strong observation, willingness to learn, and capacity to conduct design and material research.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Openness to feedback and readiness to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, time management, and accountability for assigned tasks.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Faridabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Eligibility for or pursuit of professional licensing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles is desirable.
• Interest in cultural and institutional projects is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations is desirable.
