About the Role

The Operations Intern will support daily logistics and supply chain activities in a full-time, on-site role based in Saket.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with shipment coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Support warehouse and distribution operations.
• Help maintain documentation.
• Track delivery schedules.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
• Collect and organize data for performance reporting.
• Identify process bottlenecks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Interest in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with basic understanding of core concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams and external stakeholders.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics software is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Saket.
• Ability to maintain professional conduct and collaborate within a diverse team.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
