About the Role

ANUPAM ENTERPRISES is a wholesale supplier specializing in water treatment plants, chemicals, and RO membranes across India. The company offers an extensive online catalog featuring water treatment systems, activated carbon, and related supplies for industrial and commercial use. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bawana.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing orders and inventory for water treatment plants, chemicals, and RO membranes.
• Coordinating with suppliers and customers.
• Supporting catalog and product information updates.
• Handling documentation.
• Ensuring accurate billing and dispatch.
• Assisting with basic sales and customer queries.
• Collaborating with the operations and sales team to maintain smooth warehouse and office activities.
• Upholding quality and safety standards.
• Overseeing physical stock, shipments, and customer pickups.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email).
• Basic data entry for order processing.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage inventory, documentation, and basic logistics for wholesale supplies.
• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication with buyers and suppliers.
• Basic understanding of industrial or water treatment products (plants, chemicals, RO membranes, activated carbon) or willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site warehouse/office environment.
• Prior experience in wholesale, distribution, or industrial supply is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma; vocational or technical training in a related field is a plus.
