Key Responsibilities

• Customer Services
• Meet & Greet the customers.
• Assist customers throughout the shopping journey.
• Share product features & benefits with customers.
• Explain services, build trust & loyalty.
• Resolve customer queries pre & post sale.
• Ensure product delivery to the customer on time.
• Receive feedback from customers on services & product.
• Inventory Management
• Perform daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store.
• Receive bulk shipment, perform physical count & mark received in the system on a daily basis.
• Perform daily replenishment to fill display gaps.
• Check bad inventory / damaged products & keep them in a designated place.
• Ensure daily handover & receiving of products from VRX through HOP app.
• Highlight inventory mismatch / discrepancies to the Store Manager.
• Operational Process
• Follow VM guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store.
• Update all SOPs files on a daily basis.
• Reconcile daily cash & card sales.
