Strategic Growth Init Counsel

About the Role

• Support the Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data business team within Accenture Technology.
• Conduct assessments of new service and product offerings.
• Offer general product counsel support as the business prepares offerings to go to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop subject-matter expertise in AI & Data and act as a point of contact for the business and assets teams.
• Collaborate with other teams within GSL and across legal, including colleagues in Resale, Strategic Partnering, Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, Regulatory, and Contracting teams.
• Support the Contracting team as product counsel and subject matter expert regarding playbooks, templates, and occasional deal support.
• Support Accenture’s Ventures & Acquisitions legal and business teams in the evaluation of prospective acquisition AI & Data targets.
• Assist the team with legal research.
• Support the development, review, maintenance, and improvement of processes, tools, and efficiency initiatives across the team, which may include producing PowerPoint decks, workplans, and guidance materials.
• Maintain awareness of emerging legal and regulatory trends related to technology, including LLMs, generative AI, and agentic AI.
