Associate Lawyer

About the Role

ADS LEGAL is a New Delhi–based law firm focused on providing practical, business-oriented legal solutions. The firm handles matters across key practice areas such as corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and advisory work. As an Associate Lawyer at ADS LEGAL, you will work full-time on-site in New Delhi, supporting senior lawyers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, legal notices, pleadings, opinions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, case law, and regulations.
• Prepare concise reports and case briefs.
• Attend client meetings and assist in negotiations.
• Prepare for court appearances, hearings, and filings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage case files and documentation.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Full-time, on-site role in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of India required.
• Prior internship or work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
