This role, based in our Bengaluru office, will drive talent acquisition and HR operations on a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate onboarding processes.
- Support employee relations.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain smooth HR workflows.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Experience within a technology-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools.
- Comfortable managing a 45-hour workweek.
- Navigation of a 3-month probation period.
