Role Purpose
In Operations, you will manage end-to-end service delivery, supply chain efficiency, and partner retention. Your goal is to ensure that supply matches demand while maintaining high service quality and low operational costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply & Capacity Management:
- Monitor the driver-partner ecosystem.
- Optimize supply density in high-demand areas to reduce wait times.
- Execute strategies for onboarding and churn reduction.
- Performance Monitoring & Excellence:
- Track and improve KPIs such as SLA Adherence, Fulfillment Rate, and Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks in the delivery lifecycle.
- Vendor & Partner Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for fleet owners and partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage payouts and billing disputes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Generate reports on lane performance and efficiency.
- Use data to predict demand spikes and plan supply accordingly.
