About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Copywriter role based in Pune City.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and refine copy for advertising campaigns, digital assets, social media posts, and press releases.
- Research client brands and target audiences.
- Develop messaging aligned with creative briefs.
- Collaborate closely with designers, account managers, and digital specialists.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain brand tone, consistency, and quality.
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Writing and Proofreading skills.
- Ability to produce error-free, audience-focused copy for multiple formats.
- Effective Communication skills.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional creative and client-servicing teams.
- Foundational Marketing knowledge and understanding of brand positioning, target audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Ability to draft Press Releases and other PR-related content.
- Proficiency in English.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Beneficial attributes include creativity, attention to detail, willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
